The Mower County DFL Office is now open!  Come to the Austin Labor Center at 316 4th Ave NE, Austin.  Hours will be expanded soon but for now, the hours are:

Tuesday and Thursday 12 - 2 pm, and 5 - 6:30 pm, plus Saturday 10 am to noon.

The Mower County DFL needs your support, both financial support and your time and talents.

To donate, please send checks made out to Mower County DFL, PO Box 241, Austin, MN 55912 or you may donate through the ActBlue website at this link.

You will receive a Political Contribution Refund form along with your receipt.  This will entitle you to a refund from the state of Minnesota - $75 for individuals, $150 for couples - through Minnesota's Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program.  Note that you may receive a maximum of one PCR per year.

These people have currently filed to run in the DFL primary in 2026 for Mower County or state-wide elections.  Please click on their names to visit their campaign website and learn more about their positions.

Bridge protests which are usually on Thursdays at 5 pm on the 4th St Bridge (donations for food shelves are gratefully accepted!)

Door Knocking: Please meet at the Bandshell in Austin every Sunday at 5 pm.  If this time doesn't work for you, but you're willing to knock on doors, please email mowerctydfl@gmail.com

September 10, 6 pm - Monthly DFL meeting at the DFL office at the Labor Center

October 17 - hold the date for "Rock the Vote!" Details coming soon.

Key voting dates:

September 18th - Absentee voting begins, 8 to 4:30 at Mower County Government Center

October 13th - Last day to pre-register to vote.

October 16th - Early Voting (placing ballots directly into the ballot counters) begins for General Election

November 3 - General Election Day

Monthly Mower County DFL  meetings are typically the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6 pm at the Mower County DFL Office in the Austin Labor Center but you should contact MowerCtyDFL@gmail.com to confirm the date/time before attending as it changes depending on other events on the calendar.
